How do I order a Tranquilo ® kissing on the website?
Step 1 - Choose the number of cushions and/or additional sales items you want to order. Are you going for multiple Tranquilo ® pillows? Then you will automatically receive a discount on your purchase!
Place the products in your shopping cart and you will automatically be redirected to the check-out page.
Step 2 - Enter your information.
Step 3 - Now select how you want to pay. Do you have a discount code? You can enter it here.
Step 4 – Are you ready to order? Then agree to our General Terms and Conditions.
Step 5 – Then click on the button: Pay.
Step 6 – You will now be redirected to the payment page of your bank or payment provider.
Have you completed all the steps? Then comes your Tranquilo ® kisses to it! We will probably deliver your pillow tomorrow.
Order and delivery
If you order before 23:59 (on working days) your Tranquilo ® cushion is immediately packed and you will receive it at home the next working day. Do you have your Tranquilo ® Ordered a pillow at the weekend? Then the package will arrive on Monday. How quickly can I get my Tranquilo® expect a pillow?
Do you order with normal shipping via PostNL or DHL? Your package will then be delivered within 24 hours. Sometimes the carrier can be very busy and your package may take 48 hours to arrive.
Will I receive a track and trace code for my order?
Yes, you will always receive a code with which you can track your package! You will receive the track and trace code by email when the parcel service has collected your package from our sorting center.
Who will deliver my package?
Because we would like to have your package delivered as quickly as possible, we work together with various delivery services.
Do you order on working days (Monday to Friday) until 6:00 PM? Your package will then be shipped via PostNL or DHL.
Do you order your Tranquilo ® pillow during the weekend? The pillow will then be delivered on Monday via PostNL or DHL.
What if I'm not at home when my Tranquilo® kiss comes?
PostNL/DHL will try to deliver the package to one of your neighbors or send it to a PostNL/DHL point near your home. PostNL/DHL always leaves a non-home message. You can see where your package went. Is your package sent to a PostNL/DHL point? Then pick it up within 1 week. PostNL/DHL will then return your package to us.
