Do you have your Tranquilo ® pillow at home?
Then you can try it out for 30 days. We are almost certain that you will sleep wonderfully. Don't you like the pillow? Then you can return it to us within those 30 days, without any questions. ( The costs of return shipping are for the customer). We will then refund the full purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
How can I return my order?

When creating a returns label, you will be asked for your order number, which you can find at the top of your packing slip or in the confirmation email. Example: #1120
Return conditions
- The costs for returning are for the customer.
- The product may not be dirty/smeared.
- The cushion must be returned complete with all fillings.
- The pillow must be returned within 30 minutes.
Can I still cancel my order?
You can still cancel shortly after placing your order. Please contact us within an hour so that your order is not too far along in the shipping process. If your order has already been packed, it will be offered by the postman, it is best not to accept the order from the postman. The package will then automatically be returned to us.
How long is the warranty?
All our cushions have a standard 1-year warranty. Is your pillow delivered defective? Then take some photos and send them to us. We will then ensure that you can return your Tranquilo ® pillow to us free of charge and a new one will be sent to you.
Where can I go with a complaint?
How annoying! Please contact us by email info@tranquilosleep.nl. Complaints will be dealt with substantively within 1 day.
